At Ed Rose’s Martial Arts Academy, we help all of our students build confidence, develop discipline, and grow their character, all while providing a fun, safe physical activity for all ages. This Pre-K & Kindergarten class is a great introduction to structured activity, and kids will learn basic martial arts while talking about a different life skill every week like teamwork, self-discipline, and honesty.
