Discover the joy of knitting using an efficient, high-speed “Picking” Style! Perfect for both complete beginners and students who have some experience with crochet or knitting, this course skips the clumsy motions of traditional knitting and focuses on small, fluid finger movements that are easy for young hands to master. In this cozy, small-group setting (limited to 6 students), children will build fine motor skills, patience, and creative confidence at their own individual pace. Students will jump straight into active knitting on day one with a live piece using materials and tools carefully selected for beginners.Yarn is fully provided. Knitting needles are loaned out to students for both classroom use and home practice. For questions about the class content, please contact Stephanie Parakh directly at 423-314-6019. Studio teachers do not manage sign-ups or scheduling. For those inquiries, please reach out to the school office.
